"Property was good for the price but very rough around the edges. Nonsmoking room reaked of smoke, sheets were stained, paint was peeling, toilet was lose from the floor, and the grounds were meh. The young man that checked me in and out was very polite and professional. He is the reason I give 3 stars and not 1."

"Staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. This was an overnight stay on our drive south after Thanksgiving and we wome up refreshed and ready to go the next morning. Would have liked the breakfast to be a little more robust, just oatmeal and muffins available. But that was a very minor thing. Thanks for a great stay."
