Escape to this delightful barn in picturesque Fairplay on three serene acres. This charming property features 1 cozy bedroom plus 1 open-air loft with a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. This property is private and tucked off the road, while still being close to I-70 / 1-81. Minutes away from shopping, breweries/wineries, restaurants and historic locations (Antietam Battlefield).
Two cots available by request for kids. A wood fire pit is on property. Bring a bundle of wood with you and enjoy a cozy evening outdoors!
In Total: 4 Adults, 2 kids comfortably.
Convenient to Hagerstown, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Charles Town and Frederick.
