I used debit card to pay for the night's stay and even though the quoted price was $98.03 the deducted price was $114.82 Am I eligible to request a refund of $16.79? Why was there a difference in price?

VIAs Appartements und Ferienwohnungen
Stilvolles Appartement, wo man sich sehr gern aufhält. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Keller abstellen (Pumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfreich und entgegenkommend und die Altstadt beginnt vor der Haustür.

Happy Days, apartment with lawn terrace & separate access in the border triangle
Sehr saubere Wohnung. Groß, alles in sehr großer Anzahl vorhanden. Mit Schlüsselsafe, sodass man die Vermieter nicht belästigen muss.Ein Willkommensgruß war bereitgestellt.Dankeschön.
