We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful throughout our visit. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d be glad to return again!

Excellent service

Excellent Hotel. Brand new, extremly clean, very quiet & comfortable. The room was very bright & spacious & tv remote allowed you to watch channels in English using the Lang button. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly & helpful, deserves 5*

This was one our best finds. We were looking for a place that was quiet but still easy enough to visit Linz. This absolutely beautiful property is new and built in what the locals describe as a bit of High Tech village. All the businesses in the village are web based. Having said that there are plenty of cows across the street. The staff are outstanding. We were told the food in the hotel restaurant was very good but there are two restaurants across the street. One is owned by a couple from Nexico and South America. We are in Mexico twice a year and always wary of " Mexican Food " when there is no hispanic population to sipport it and keep it honest. We ate there and were impressed. The only downside to the hotel was the breakfast. It was expensive and sorely lacking compared to all the others we have stayed at on this 3 week trip as well as others. Still a great find. Al Mc Donald

Wat een prachtig hotel! Tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. We hadden een dubbele kamer met onze 2 kids. 2 badkamers. Super dijne bedden. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het balkon smorgens! Heerlijk ontbijt. En perfect parkeren in de garage onder het hotel. Top!!

Preis - Leistung stehen in einem guten Verhältnis. Der günstige Tiefgaragenplatz ist außergewöhnlich positiv. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit um Küche und Sonstiges zu testen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder, dann werden wir das nachholen.

Frühstück top, Klimaanlage flop! Abendessen lecker. Die Bedienung allerdings allein zu lassen, für Getränke, Bestellungen, Abräumen, Kassieren, etc. finden wir grenzwertig! Man kann sich leider nicht zerreißen, wenn man alles allein machen muss. Da entstehen lange Wartezeiten! Die Bedienung war trotz Stress super freundlich! Und in der Küche wurde sich gelangweilt, da war einer am Arbeiten. Da hätte ja einer Mal die Getränke fertigmachen können.

Je viens dans cet hotel depuis des années mais c'est la première fois que je suis vraiment déçu. L'accueil par la jeune employée à la réception était plutôt froid (pas vraiment de sourire). Ensuite on m'a demandé 3 Euros pour le parking alors qu'il a toujours été gratuit jusqu'ici (à priori c'est payant depuis 1 an) Comme mon dernier rendez-vous client s'est un peu prolongé je suis arrivé à l'hotel un peu plus tard que d'habitude ... Il était 19h55 quand je me suis présenté au restaurant et on m'a dit que c'était trop tard, que la cuisine fermait déjà à 20h et qu'on pouvait juste encore me réchauffer une pizza ... J'ai été choqué ! Un restaurant qui ferme déjà à 20 h, je ne savais même pas que ça pouvait exister, qui plus est dans un BestWestern !! En France on mange rarement avant 20h. Déjà que je fais toujours un détour pour aller dans cet hotel qui se trouve quand même à 30 mn du centre de Linz. et puis je viens pas dans un BestWestern pour manger une pizza congelé ... Du coup, je pense que c'est la dernière fois que je réserve cet hotel. La prochaine fois que je viendrais en voyage d'affaire dans la région je resterais sur Linz même. Les options de dîner seront plus nombreuses.

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer mit separatem zweiten Schlafraum war sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren ebenso sauber und aufgeräumt. Da wir das Hotel nur als Zwischenübernachtung auf der Durchreise von Italien nach Deutschland gebucht hatten, können wir keine Angaben zur Umgebung machen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein nachts geschlossenes Parkhaus, wo man für günstige 3 EUR/ Nacht sein Auto abstellen kann. Vor dem Hotel gibt es mehrere 11/22kW Ladestationen. Adhoc Laden war im August 2025 mit 69ct/kWh aber nicht günstig und man hätte sein Auto nach 100% Ladung umparken sollen. Das könnte man besser regeln.

Wir kommen nicht mehr

Wir verbrachten zum zweiten Mal eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden auf Wunsch täglich aufgefrischt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Tiefgarage ist auch für tiefgelegte Autos ideal. Jedoch nicht mehr kostenslos, aber 3 € pro Nacht ist ein fairer Preis. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption empfanden wir als unhöflich, desinteressiert und schon fast überheblich. Dies war sehr enttäuschend, da Österreich für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit bekannt ist und dies das letzte Mal nicht der Fall war. Wir werden uns künftig eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
