The host are very kind and helpful. They make sure you stay is comfortable and perfect. Always with a smile. I will stay here again and again. The breakfast is amazing and cooked with love. It was like visiting family. I highly recommend. Sri Lanka is beautiful, they make it more beautiful.

This is a very nice place if you decide to stay few days in Negombo. The owner is a very nice host. We arrived very late at night ( 2am) and we had no problem to check in. Very good value for the money if you need a simple convenient place to stay while in Negombo.

Highly Recommend - Off the beaten track
Amazing hotel! Located off the beaten track this was a great experience for the family. The pool is excellent, food good quality and the tours were well organised with small numbers. This is not a touristy area so a more exclusive feel that other locations in Sri Lanka.

Exellent resort right on the lake/dam side. We really enjoyed to chill out here for a 2 days break during our motorcycle ride in Sri lanka. Staff and and food were top notch.
