"마이산을 처음 방문하면서 주변에 메이저급 호텔이 없고 선택의 여지도 없어 큰 기대없이 홍삼빌을 방문했는데,,, 매우 만족스럽습니다. 프런트 직원의 첫 응대도 매우 전문적이었고, 객실은 넓지 않으나 청결하고 딱 적절한 정도의 크기와 편의시설이 구비되어 있었고, 특히 로비의 편안함은 다른 호텔에서 느껴보지 못한 시설이었습니다. 첵인할때 월컴선물로 받은 막걸리는 감사했구요.. 여튼 또 방문할 예정입니다..^^"

"I came to Muju to visit Taekwondowon. Transportation was easy with bus and taxi. The resortel looks older from the outside, but the inside was beautiful, extremely clean, and had every amenity you could need.
