"Excellent hotel and customer service. Located right near the main lively strip to the beach and multitudes of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and bed was just right. "
"Excellent hub for staying in the Haeundae area. It’s a bit far from the attractions in central and west Busan but the area itself is lovely, ful of restaurants, and much closer to attractions like Blueline, Yonggusa temple, and nice beaches. "
"방이 깔끔하고 침대도 편해서 푹 잘 수 있었고, 아침 조식도 생각보다 다양하고 맛있었어요
호텔 안에 피트니스센터도 있어서 여행 중에도 운동할 수 있었던 게 좋았네요 꿀팁은 이용하시려면 개별운동화챙기세요~!^^
위치도 해운대역이랑 해변이 가까워서 이동하기 편했어요. 만족!"
"This was a lovely hotel in a convenient area for walking directly to the beach, going to restaurants, or getting a quick taxi/walking to attractions like the sky capsule. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Busan!"

"My family and I visited L7 Hotel by Lotte in Haeudae, Busan from Hawaii. We enjoyed staying at this property due to all the subjects provided; cleanliness, convenient, friendly staff, great view, good walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stops & subway. By accident we visited Korea during the Cheoksuk holiday. Many of locals & visitors celebrated as well with peaceful & friendly attitudes. Mahalo L7 for the great stay."
" What it did offer was a huge room I got the presidential suite super super large with four bedrooms but only three had a bed and as soon as I got downstairs is literally a 3 minute walk right to the beach get your feet on the sand awesome views of the beach from my hotel as well was very happy and satisfied. "
