Room was clean and breakfast is good.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

The room was great as was the location for what I needed. No possible early check in and the breakfast were disappointing.

Shilla Hotel was a really great stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service cleaned up at a timely manner. The staff service was exceptional helping me with anyquestions and concerns I had . The amenities were lack luster besides the breakfast. The rooms needed a microwave and the Air conditioning work but when you needed to lower to the temperature to cool of the room it wouldn’t. The breakfast on the under hand was ten out of ten for sure. The diversity in food in the morning was a delight . If I was to rate my stay it would be 3.5 out of 5 stars .

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms and attentive staff. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and dining options. Amenities like free Wi-Fi and breakfast added value, though the gym was a bit small. Overall, a pleasant experience and good choice for both short and extended stays.
