"This trip was to celebrate my parent's 40 years wedding anniversary. 1. Check-in was not smooth and confirmed with a receptionist that they will arrange window seat for dinner dining but when I get there, they were even not able to find my dinner reservation and needed to wait there for a while. "I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!"
