"We loved Toby’s Inn. Had a fantastic weekend it’s close enough to enjoy everything from Saratoga to Lake George probably more. We enjoyed relaxing at house in between enjoying the area. There were only three of us but there’s plenty of room for a lot more."

"Amazing hidden gem! House was big, spacious for two families. LOTS to do! Swimming, rent paddle pads, canoes, the man cave that is detached...some many memories and laughs! Super close to many different activities for adults and kids. Food and grocery delivery was convenient. Wonderful time!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's a beautiful home with an old school cabin vibe along with all the modern essential needed for a comfortable stay. The highlights for us were the screened in porch which was perfect for morning coffee or a glad of wine in the evening while overlooking the beautiful pond. We also appreciated all the watercraft options, and all had some fun getting out on the water. Linda and John were great hosts, who clearly love their property, it's very well taken care of. We can't wait to come back for some more serenity."

"The property is exactly as described. There was enough room for 6 adults to enjoy the rainy days inside, and plenty of room for the group outside. Most of our time was spent on the dock, around the fire pit, or on the porch. A couple of things of note for future renters: the walk down and back to the cottage from the waterfront is a steep hill. I can see it being an issue for people who are not used to hiking or have mobility issues. Not long, just a large hill to climb. Although fun once you are up there, the water trampoline is extremely difficult to climb onto. The lower level is not air-conditioned, but fans were provided.We did have an issue getting the correct codes to unlock the door to the house, which delayed our ability to access the house by several hours. Once VRBO was able to get in contact with the owners, all was good and communication from that point forward was great. They were very responsive and apologetic too."
