I only have two negatives about my stay, and that is, the room smelled rancid. As if it was moldy. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable. For the price, I would opt out of staying there again.

The room was great, check-in was easy.... but the AC issue really needs to be fixed! It was soooo warm in our room when NY was in a heat wave!

Room was clean
Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult
Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes
That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner.
Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance..

Property had about 6 cars in the parking lot so obviously many vacancies. my event nearby started at 2pm so I tried to check in 3 hours early. Considering how empty they were I thought no problem. They however told me there would be a fee for early check-in unless I wanted to come back in about 45 ...

Room was dirty bathroom sink dripped all night. We had to clean the small kitchen floor. I paid for wireless that I could not get. We wanted food at the restaurant and couldn’t get it the food connection was down. This is the worst experience I have had which is such a shame
