Comfy, Clean & Spacious w/2 TVs, parking, laundry

Extra spacious, sun-filled, gem of an apartment in a very convenient location close to all. Can sleep up to 8 adults. This newly renovated and homey place will give you the amenities of a hotel but with more space and at a better value. Located on the 1st floor so ideal for those who don’t want to deal with stairs. You get 2 very large bedrooms with new and very comfortable 12” mattresses, bathroom, tastefully decorated with modern touches. There are 2 brand new Sealy posturepedic 12” Queen sized bed in the first bedroom and 2 full sized bed in the 2nd equally large bedroom. One of the bedroom has an extra TV in it! Your group is guaranteed a well rested night’s sleep.

Fully equipped and brand new kitchen with gas range, full sized fridge w/freezer, microwave and Keurig coffee machine.
Eat in kitchen with dining table.

New sofas in living room with a reclinable backrest that can be lowered to lounging and sleeping positions, and giving you an extra bed ideal for overnight guests and afternoon naps.

Parking for one vehicle on premises. Street parking also readily available.

Location is a fast and easy commute to anywhere, I-80, I-95, Rte 4, Rte. 46, GSP, NJ transit train to NY 3 mins away.

It is a nice place. We did wish there was a vent in the bathroom. The location was good. It is 8 mins to Walmart and 8 mins to Bergen Town Center which is like an outlet mall. Target is right there as well. There is a bus stop nearby. It is quiet and it felt safe.

It was comfy enough and clean. Shower liner was shredded and very cheap. And when people stay above you, you hear all their footsteps kinda annoying. But, still worth the price.
