Excellent hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Delicious food. Ski resort (Hacilar Gate) is next to hotel. We travelled with our small children, they enjoyed lot. Beautiful place.

otele saat 13:00 gibi oteli lobisine giriş yapmamızla birlikte Otel Patronu çıkış yapan müşterilerinin valizlerini bahane ederek 'bu valizleri dışarı çıkartın,çıkış saati 12:00 hala burada neden duruyor,istemiyorum bunları benzeri yüksek ses tonu ile bağırmaya başladığına şahit olduk,müşterileri itiraz etmesi akabinde ses tonunu dahada yükseltmeye başlayarak tabiri caizse müşterileri kovuldu.Otel odasında lavabo kokuları mevcut

Eksi: Duvarlar çok ince, odalar arası tüm sesler duyuluyor, gece geç saate kadar çok yüksek sesli canlı müzik var dinlenmek mümkün değil, odaya yoğun bir müzik uğultusu geliyor. Kayak otelinden çok takılmaya gelenlere yönelik. Oturma alanı ve yemek alanı çok küçük, otel doluyken yer bulamıyorsunuz. Eski sıradan bir otel.
Pozitif: Konum çok iyi 3 dakikada pisttesiniz. Diğer dağ otellerine göre daha uygun fiyatlı.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, çalışanlar güleryüzlü, kibar ve ilgili. Yemekler lezzetli ve de güzeldi. Hem genel hem de oda temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerek (özellikle halılar).
