The pool and rooftop closes early. I contacted the property several times to try and get some concierge services in which they did not reply. It was for a surprise anniversary and there was just a lapse in service. Rooms are really small. service could be a lot better, room service is 24hrs but a really small menu. Try four seasons, brick, condessa df ,or Hotel Carlota, Casa Decu, Octavia Casa, ULIV spots, Casa Luciana hotels. I wouldn’t return or recommend

I just say this was first time stay in this I really surprise with everything the service the rooms and the people working for this hotel. I really recommend that you guys stay there.
