"No breakfast, no restaurant, the shower area in the small bathroom was ridiculously tiny (60x40cm). So little sound isolation that you could hear children running on another floor.
The people were nice though, and the hotel is very, very cheap. But still."

"Firstly, we received a very warm welcome from Metin, the evening reception staff member, at checkin, who helped us with self-parking in very tight limited parking areas, and brought our luggage in, and personally showed us our room. He then gave us recommendations on places to eat and sights to see on an area map. He offered to help with booking hot air balloon rides, and provided discount codes for the same.
I would like to make special mention of the immense help provided by Servet, the morning reception staff member, who went to great lengths in connecting me with the car rental customer service department and speaking with them in Turkish to help resolve a problem I was having.
Our hotel room had special charm, in that it was historically a kitchen area with an oven and pit for storing wine jars, which had been repurposed to provide decor as a hotel room. It was pleasantly spacious and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, with pleasant and polite staff making the experience more enjoyable.
The hotel had a rooftop that provided great views of the fairy chimneys and balloons as they rose aloft. It is situated in a prime location amongst other cave hotels, and within easy walking distance to downtown Göreme, and driving distance to most sightseeing spots."
"Enjoyed our stay here despite the atrocious weather! We had a lovely room in a genuine cave. Unfortunately it trained so hard that it came through the roof, but the staff moved us to another equally nice cave."
"We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away.
The only small downside was that the terrace wasn’t open later in the evening for a drink, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
We woke up early to visit Lovers Hill and came back to a sensational breakfast — a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, a great selection of options, and everything cooked really well. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay.
The rooms were fantastic — clean, tidy, and very well organised. The whole setup of the hotel is impressive.
If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be having a bit of milk available for the coffee station.
Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. A strong 9/10 for me."
"Everything was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had left something in my hotel room in Ankara and Rabbia (sp?) called that hotel twice for me to find it, and had them courier it to me.
Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. I loved the fresh cut fruit (kiwi, oranges, grapefruit) and made-to-order cheese omelets!"
