Wonderful property and luxurious rooms. Felt truly relaxed. Staff was superb. Food was excellent. Direct access to beach. Just wonderful all around

We had an amazing 2 day stay. Place was gorgeous, with 5 star rooms and service. Food was also great with more options than you could think of. If you’re looking for extra activities, there is a spa and a list of water activities to do at the beach or on the river. Definitely recommend

Super hotel, lovely breakfast and great evening meal options. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, within walking distance of the railway station.

The hotel is very nice and room very good tbh all cinnamon hotels are very good standard and during our holiday we stayed in 4 of their properties. The only reason for low score is due to additional charges for our room. I made a mistake when I booked and did not add my husband to the booking (even though charge for room is same for 1 or 4 people) the hotel charged me $50 per night to add my husbands name to the room ( the room charge was only $80 per night) this seems extortionate charge for an amendment to the name on the booking especially as the room cost is not much more per night. So please double check your booking before going, if I had spotted the mistake 2 days before arriving then there would not have been additional charge. This really tainted our stay and was very upsetting as there seemed no real reason to charge this amount
