A clean and comfortable basic hotel!

A clean and comfortable basic hotel where we spent three nights. The hotel was in good condition, the room and linen were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view on the lower floors is of some kind of ice skating rink and its roof, but it didn't bother us as we spent the days elsewhere. Good train connections to Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach, although some walking to the trainstations.

Good value for money

Friendly staff. Very responsive. Miss as kettle in the room but otherwise great for 1 night. The room is a bit too small for a longer stay.

Nice room and bathroom. Very quiet in the hotel. Staff were friendly. However, our room was at the front of the hotel and the road is very noisy. There is no air conditioning or fans in the room, so at this time of year, it's too warm to shut the window. The rooms could benefit from a fan

Really clean Hotel! The Room was spacious with a really big bathroom. There is a parkinglot, but dou should be able to drive backwards and be able to park in narrow parking spaces. We would book it again tbh! The Trainstation to Amsterdam and Haarlem is in walking distance, Zandvoort ist not far away. Really good hotel

Great stay. Clean and modern rooms.

Very nice and in a good location in Haarlem. Beware, the taxi's are ridiculous from Schiphol Airport. No joke we spent $67 on the 15 minute trip. Wish they would add a shuttle.

De locatie is aan een druk kruidpunt, veel geluidsoverladt als je aan de voorzijde een kamer hebt. Personeel was niet vriendelijk, leken een beetje verveeld. Oude platen can parkeerplaats hangen nig aan de slagbomen, bleken van 'ochtends te zijn.

Personal super, Frühstück sehr gut. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen ist die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut, man hört sie leider auch im Schlafraum, da die Badezimmertür unten nicht abschließt. Die Lüftung läuft ununterbrochen von 8.00 bis 2.00 Uhr. Sehr schade… sonst gutes Hotel

Das Hotel war ruhig und sauber. ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist, wäre super gewesen. Das Hotel war aber dennoch super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Haarlem.

Great level of cleanliness in the room and the staff were very helpful. The communal areas were also very clean and pleasant to sit in. Good free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Our stay exceeded expectations. A short 10 minute bike ride into the centre of Haarlem.
