Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay on this cruise. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean. What truly made this trip unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. On our first night, I became quite unwell, and the kindness and care the staff showed me really touched me. They checked on me, made sure I was okay and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. It was such a personal and thoughtful gesture, and something I will always remember. The food was fantastic, everything was beautifully prepared, and the entire cruise was extremely clean and well organised. You could see the care and attention that went into every detail. More than anything, we will remember the wonderful people who made us feel so welcome and cared for. If we have the chance to do this trip again, we would absolutely choose this cruise again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our three nights so special!
