Far from airport. No English

I booked for this hotel and tried to cancel it through Expedia. Expedia tried to call the hotel but no one spoke English. We attempted to do this several times. They were unable to get an approval, so i could not get a refund. It takes like 2 hours to get to the airport from here. What a joke! Don't even bother booking here.

Close to nowhere

The hotel is good value for those on a budget butthey do not cater for Westerners at breakfast time with cold fried rice or very o I ly fried eggs the best option. Do NOT rely on anyone to pass on any information like delayed or cancelation of bus to Hanoi. Overall it was a very frustating experience.

El mejor hotel de la zona, relación calidad-precio

El manager del hotel nos ayudó en todo y sabe hablar inglés (muy importante en Vietnam!!!). El hotel está muy limpio, aunque la zona da un poco de yuyu...

in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Hier hatten wir den unfreundlichsten Empfang überhaupt! Gäste schienen hier absolut lästig zu sein! Englisch wurde so gut wie nicht verstanden, geschweige denn gesprochen! Der kaputte Safe wurde erst nach energischem Nachhaken ausgetauscht. Sonst war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Anderntags war die andere Frau an der Rezeption - wenn auch mit geringen Englischkenntnissen - zumindest sehr freundlich. Das Frühstückspersonal zeigte sich hingegen extrem desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Auch das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut! Ein großer Lichtblick war allerdings der Salesmanager.

가격 대비 괜찮은 호텔이었다. 3성 호텔인만큼 불필요한 화려함 없이 깔끔하고 깨끗한 방이었다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔다. 조식은 알차진 않았지만 먹을만 했다. 다만 늦게 체크인을 하니 영어를 하는 직원이 없었다. 택시를 타고 갔는데 주소와 이름을 보여줬음에도 불구하고 잘 찾지 못했다. 호텔이 큰길 바로 옆에 있음에도 불구하고 말이다.

꽤 괜찮은 호텔

그다지 나무랄것도 없고 조식은 부페가 아닌주문형식으로 했는데 볶음 국수가 맛있더라고요
