The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes.
The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options.
I highly recommend this hotel !!

Slightly further out from the main pub street/Hoan Kian area, but very close to train street and walking distance to everywhere you’d want in Hanoi.
Very clean hotel, lovely rooftop pool and bar, and really excellent service from Kathy who arranged our taxi to Ninh Binh/an all round friendly face. Thank you for a great final night in Hanoi!

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.
