My flight arrived early so I came in to check in my baggage, the gentlemen at the front desk was not very friendly seemed a little rude or maybe it was too early in the morning.

Great location as it was so close to the station and could get anywhere in Seoul. The staff were very helpful especially on our final day had a late flight and they kept our luggage so we could go out for the day before flying.
