"We loved our stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite early and they allowed us to check-in and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Located in a very quiet area - steps away from the Oeschinensee trail and cable car. The cable car was not open during our stay, as it was off-season. There was a delicious complimentary breakfast included which was great. Lots of options! The only complaint would be that the rooms are not soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors often. But it was not disruptive to us at all. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in over the course of my last 3 stays in Wengen. Nice, clean rooms, lovely balcony with great views. Have a great breakfast and the staff is some of the best I have encountered travelling Europe. The pool and spa were a great add and just minutes from the train station close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic stay! Will be back 100%!"

"Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"

"This hotel was AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and responsive. Their breakfast was plentiful and delightful. They even offered mimosas! A free complimentary glass of wine at your first dining with them was also much appreciated. We had to leave very early in the morning, and the receptionist immediately saw to it that we were provided with take away lunches since we would miss out on their wonderful breakfasts! Totally unexpected and definitely a cut above the rest! I can't recommend this enough! Supurb!!! :)"

"Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The lights could be a little better in the parking garage or left on a little bit longer because at one point we were at our car in the garage went dark. Also, we were in the chalet portion and it was a little tired. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the train station. Easy to find. And had a great meal in the restaurant."
