"We rated this hotel low because of the following: Took us over half an hour in the freezing cold to register at the outdoor registration booth. The screen did not like to cooperate when touched. The constant thumping of heavy rock music all night was really disturbing. When we went for breakfast there was no one to get us coffee so we got it ourselves from the kitchen.
