"The hotel has a self check in. Which is totally fine if you don’t have any problems or questions. We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. I couldn’t find anyone on the property to tell, so I sent an email with the picture to an email address I found on the website. I got a reply the next morning thanking me for my email. "We had a junior suite, and it was a great size. The entire hotel is staff-free and automated, which actually made things simple and easy. Plentiful parking, even for larger vehicles, right in front of the hotel. My only complaint is with the Expedia listing. If you follow the Expedia map guide from your reservation to locate the hotel, it will take you to the wrong building, whether you open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps. "The location is absolutely stunning, you see the Alps from the balcony. The breakfast is wholesome and healthy, the croissants are still warm, and everything is super fresh. The only drawback is that the church across the street is very noisy — it starts ringing its bells at six every morning and it’s always an extensive performance, so if you like to sleep in, you may have difficulties."
