Homey Townhouse Near Lake & Sports Complex

This townhouse is very clean and homey. Short drive to lake and Sports Complex/Amphitheater/Park. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 1.8 miles to BOAT RAMP on Beautiful Lake Guntersville. 5.5 miles from new Albertville SPORTS COMPLEX & Amphitheater. It's perfect the perfect location. Townhouse is in a safe quiet residential area less than 5 minutes to the water and less than 10 to the complex. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat and power hook ups. Back porch with grill and seating. Free WiFi. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.Smart TVs in Living room and both bedrooms. Feel free to log into any of your streaming services on the tvs with the free wifi. All lamps throughout the house have usb plugs on their base to provide easier charging of smart devices. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the softest sheets and blankets along with large walk-in closets with plenty of hangers and vents to keep clothes smelling fresh. The couch has two recliners in it and we have an inflatable mattress that can be used in the living room, we store it in the master bedroom closet. Kitchen comes supplied with dishes, cups, cookware, pump hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry room has washer and dryer and comes with washing pods and dryer sheets. Private back porch with bench, chair and grill. We supply complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for the Keurig. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood just off of the main strip.

Homey Townhouse

Very nice place to stay, close to Guntersville and the lake. Beds were very comfortable with all that you need to have a nice stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice stay

It was a short stay but very enjoyable. Everything was very clean. Plenty of linens. Large living area, bedrooms and closets. The location was very convenient. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Property was clean and nice! Great location for our son and his New Bride the night of his wedding at the Gore Creek Wedding Venue in Boaz, AL which was like a ten minute drive. Would definitely use again!

So much Fun!

This house is so much fun! Stayed with our family last weekend. The house was clean and the most fun for the kids. If you have kids, this is a must stay for you! Kendall was so nice, incredibly easy to contact and was so kind. I highly recommend this host and house!!!

Good place To stay but, needs some minor things adjusted

It was good place. The gaming systems were the best part. Very nice to have. My husband and children loved all thr games. The lighting wasn't very good in the house and it made it difficult seeing. Blinds needed to be replace bc there was some broken places in some of the blinds. Also, the water pressure was very low.pressurlow.

Great place to stay, Good communication with the owner. This place was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and checkout was easy. Thank you for a wonderful place to be able to visit with friends.

My friends and I came up from Florida to attend a wedding. This place was very suitable for the occasion. If your looking for a quiet, quaint, and clean place to stay that accepts pets this is the place for you.

Very nice place

Overall, this was a very nice place. I rarely give out 5 stars as I reserve that for places that couldn't be better. The owner was easy to work with and communicated well. No issues at all. The unit is quite clean and has all the stuff you need but the kitchen could use a few more cooking items. We didn't cook this time so that wasn't an issue. The stove is a bit small but the fridge was fine. The unit is a nice size but not overly spacious. The living area is nice for 2-3 adults. The 2 bedrooms were quite nice. Bathrooms were clean and big enough - not spacious but fine for us. There is a large grassy/wooded area to walk your dogs. Neighborhood is quiet - not near the highway. The place has a "cabin" feel but the amenities are there. Probably one of the nicer places you'll find in the area for the price.

Clean, quiet, spacious!

Host was very concerned about our comfort. He replied to messages almost immediately. Very roomy and clean. Full size laundry room, nice deck on back. TV in every room with satellite and free access to Prime Video and other subscription packages. Father in law wanted to stay forever. Will definitely stay again.
