"Accidentally entered the wrong day in my reservation. The hotel charged my room. Tried to work with the management and they stated they couldn't change my date due to booking through expedite. Said I could get another room for correct night just had to pay again they wouldn't try to just trade the day of my room or get my money back"

"Paint was peeling off the walls in bathroom. Place needs a maintenance person. Toilet handle fell off after one use. Pool was 45° and not circulating. Pump room door has no lock and was open, unattended and I popped my head in. Pool pump was off, pool and hot tub chemicals were completely off. No information or noticed the pool was not in use and key car worked to get in. I had mentioned it to the front staff and was told over so sorry thank you for letting us know, again no closure of the pool...
