Cozy Central Studio - Gunnison

Welcome to this cute little studio just off North Main Street, in a quiet alley spot a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from WCU, and a few blocks from the free RTA bus stop and City Market/Walmart shopping area.
Easily get around to all of the major Gunnison activities. This inviting little condo is perfect for the couple's getaway or the single person looking for a mountain town experience.
Walk just a few blocks south to Gunnison's cute little downtown, or head north two blocks to the RTA bus stop, with free buses throughout the day to Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. City Market and Walmart are also just a few blocks away. Park in the alley parking space or right in front on Main Street. There's also ample neighborhood parking nearby. No permits or parking meters!

Great alternative to a hotel

Easy access to all things in Gunnison. Easy and free parking options. The things you need for you stay are there. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting my son at Western Colorado . Lots of thoughtful touches.

Cute cottage, great location but even 2 adults would be cramped in this space. Decor is charming, great towels & linens. Only the microwave is a negative note: weird buttons & it’s on TOP of the frig! Close to impossible to use. Otherwise it worked fine for me.

Cute Couple's Pad Close to Downtown

There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us.

Perfect cozy cottage!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I for an anniversary ski trip at Crested Butte. The studio apartment was just the right size, accurately reflected in photos/description. It was stocked with all the amenities needed for a short stay. It was also conveniently located with a short walk to restaurants and stores. The free bus to Crested Butte was close as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Prime Location

Everything we need for comfort and great rest. The location of this well appointed studio is perfect for visit to Gunnison and Crested Butte. Everything we needed is in this thoughtfully convenient little home away from home for our week long stay.
