3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM

This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 4th floor of the Legacy 2 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1815 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 50' TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 42' Flat Screen TV and a double closet.

The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds along with a queen size bed, a desk, and 42" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.

Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.

Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

Great place!

We loved this condo. It was very spacious with three bedrooms, plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Well equipped. Across the street from the beach. 2 balconies with great views of sunrise and sunset.

Great location with amazing views.

The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner communicated well the checkin and check out instructions. The condo was updated and had two separate balconies overlooking the Gulf. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

The place was fantastic! Amazing views from the balconies, very clean and well maintained property, and the host was always readily available. Security guards were pretty strict about wearing wristbands throughout the stay. We had a great time in Gulfport!

Great spot! We stayed for the Nereids ball. The property and unit were clean and as described. The amenities were available and easy to access. The owner reached out and was very accommodating and polite! Can’t wait to stay again :)

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved the condo! It was the perfect location and size for our group. The balcony view was beautiful. The bunk beds were a hit with my boys! Kenny was an amazing host! Excellent communication and extremely helpful! Even the facility was accommodating with parking and such. Will definitely be back!

Great place and host

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very well done. It is a beautiful condo and the location is great. We found our stay quite pleasant and comfortable. The property is just beautiful and everyone we spoke to were nice and friendly. I had a request for our host, Kenny, and he was very accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Kenny during our stay and he’s very genuine and just a great guy.

Great location, large space but extremely dirty!

Pros 1. The unit is large with amazing views. 2. The host was very responsive. Cons 1. The unit was extremely dirty. We had hair in the sheets of 2 beds, and when we stripped the beds to wash the sheets we discovered the mattresses were heavily stained. The mattress in the primary bedroom had a huge blood stain with no mattress cover. (See photo)The other mattresses had urine stains. 2. The showers and shower liners were filthy and possibly because all drains are slow so the water sits at your ankles and has stained the tubs. 3. The bath towels in one bathroom were dry and hard as if they were used and put back. 4. The bedroom furniture is stained. 5. The stove and coffee pots were dirty. 6. In the owner's defense he lives out of state and has been relying on housekeepers without seeing the unit himself.

Excellent beach condo

We loved everything about our stay at this property from the beach views to the great pools. We had issues with the air conditioning and Kenny responded immediately and the issue was addressed promptly. We will be happy to stay here again in the future!

Weekend Getaway
