Luxury Home / Beach Views & Pool / EV Charger

Enjoy a new construction home (2020) w/ beautiful finishes, beach views, pool/hot tub & outdoor area 1 block from the beach & a close to downtown!! 3 King bedrooms (main/master is located on first level of the home), 1 Queen bedroom, along with a Full size bed/seating area at the top of the stairs (with easy access to restroom) and 2 twin beds in the smallest room downstairs. Beach/Water views are seen throughout the home & on the viewing decks, easily walkable to the beach just one block away.

Beautiful open floor plan with the primary suite on one end of the home on the first floor with an enormous walk in closet with a private deck and incredible views. The smallest bedroom is near the master with 2 twin beds (please note there is a weight limit of 250 lbs for the top bunk bed and 350 for the bottom bunk bed). There’s a large kitchen for entertaining with an adjoining dining area and separate living space with a fireplace with breathtaking views of the gulf from the entire front of the home. There is also an additional full bathroom that walks out to the pool.
Upstairs there are 2 king bedrooms that have incredible viewing decks on the front of the home, a queen bedroom on the side, and a double/full bed in the seating area and hallway at the top of the stairs. 2 additional guests may also use the couch for a sleeping area.

Incredible resort style pool area with 4 large lay down lounging chairs, an umbrella/table, with 4 chairs, back porch, beautiful outdoor furnishings with a fire table, outdoor tv, and outdoor kitchen (gas works, must light with a lighter). Enjoy parking in the large 2 car garage and additional parking available for up to 4/6 vehicles in the driveway


***We do not leave the pool heater on unless there is a guest requesting a heated pool. If you book last minute it could take over 12 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. While the guest is staying the heater will be on a timer.***

Do not adjust the pool or hot tub temperature.
No glass in or around the pool.
No diving in the pool or hot tub.
No running around the side of the pool.
No eating or drinking in the pool.
No swimming alone.
All children under 16 must be supervised when in or around the pool.

There are 3 exterior cameras that record 24/7 for safety purposes. They cover the front yard, driveway, back yard and pool.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay for our large family vacation. The house is at a great location close to the beach, Casio is and local restaurants. Mandy the host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

The house is beautiful with a wonderful gulf view. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub!! There are lots of fun things to enjoy on the coast durning the holiday season for ages 3-71!

Family Getaway

We visited with our family for a relatives wedding- we enjoyed our stay and found the house to be clean and well equipped. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and we also enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We definitely would recommend this home to our friends and family.

This was beautiful house with a great cook’s kitchen. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub was a nice place to be. The house was clean and beautifully appointed and communication with timely and detailed. We will definite stay here in the future.

Girls trip

The house was amazing! It did not disappoint. We loved the decor and the location. We arrived a day late due to Francine but overall our stay was great. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t get heated but we made due. Would recommend this house for a Gulfport vacay.

Grandpa’s Birthday Bash

Family enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and having beach access. The home is lovely and easily allowed for everyone’s privacy. The children did s’mores and roasted hotdogs over an open pit. We will be talking about The Beach House for a long time.

Convenient location

This beach house is well appointed, lovely kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room. The balconies off of the upstairs bedrooms give you a great view of the water. I liked that the garage enclosed our vehicle from salty air, etc. The neighborhood looks very safe and we saw quite a few walkers in the morning and evening. The backyard pool is a bonus and we did swim at night, very relaxing. The location was very convenient to travel to Bay St. Louis to the west and Ocean Springs to the east. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, we left a list in the hall console drawer. I would definitely book this house again.

Incredible property!

Amazing owners. Our questions were addressed immediately. Great location & would love to invest in the area. Coming from Nola , the Gulf Coast is the place to be. The clear and clean area is hands down REFRESHING, friendly. The house was throughly equipped with everting you could possibly need. The pool & hot tub was such a treat & the beach was quiet and clean. Ron and Maureen See y’all next year ❤️

Don't pass on this gem!! AMAZING PROPERTY!!

We decided to fly down to Gulfport for the day and made a last minute decision to stay the night and we found this gem. The property is stunning and offers a lot of amenities. The home is setup to host large families without any issues. We wished would could have stayed the weekend but the property was already booked. The house is in a great location between cities. It's close to the beach, casino's and local restaurants. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had. Most definitely recommend this beautiful beach house in Gulfport. Don't pass on this amazing gem by the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Our growing family(3 generations) takes a summer vacation each year, and finding a house that fits our needs is getting tricky. This home fits like a glove. Everyone had their own space, and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were so comfortable, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was glorious. Of course the outdoor areas were the highlight! The 3 front porch areas were used daily as was the backyard pool, kitchen, and seating area. Parking for our large family was not a problem, as the garage and driveway accommodated us easily. We walked up the street to the beach as well.The owners were so responsive to any questions we had. Most definitely recommend this beautiful beach house, and we would definitely return.
