This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor of the Legacy 1 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1852 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 42' TV with basic cable and a DVD player, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has 2 Queen Size Beds, a 35' Flat Screen TV with basic cable and a DVD player.

The third bedroom has 2 Double Size Beds, a 35" flat screen TV, with basic cable and a DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.


Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

Condo is beautiful and conveniently located to everything we needed. The owner was immediately available to us if we needed anything. He was very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. Spring Break

Kenny was very easy to work with and made the entire process stress free! The condo was VERY clean and had everything needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Beds were comfortable and we loved the adjoining baths to all the bedrooms. We loved the area as well. First time to Mississippi and it couldn’t have gone any better for us.

We enjoyed Kenny’s condo very much. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was awesome! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Gulfport.

Fabulous Family Experience

We decided to take a quick trip over spring break last minute. What a blessing to find this gem! Great location - beach across the street, marina is a quick trip, and many restaurants are within a short drive. The Legacy has many amenities. The condo was clean, well stocked, and family friendly. Kenny was so quick to respond and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a carefree vacation in Gulfport.

Lovely Condo

The property was great! Very spacious for 8 of us and was clean and comfortable. Centrally located to plenty of delicious restaurants and shopping in the area. The resort wasn’t over populated and everyone was friendly-except one younger gate guard who told us that even though he was in the guard shack we had to punch in the code because he was “not going to be getting up and down all day”! We honestly thought that with a visible parking pass that was part of his responsibilities but otherwise from start to finish we had a pleasant weekend getaway!

Beautiful Property

As soon as we arrived at Legacy Towers we were impressed with the very well maintained grounds and pool area. The condo itself was huge, each bedroom very large with good sized bathrooms. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom. Lots of TVs - every bedroom had one and the living area as well. Because the unit was on a corner the balcony was very large with gorgeous views of the beach across the street. The area itself has many really good restaurants- Shaggy’s, Felix’s and Morton’s Steakhouse for special occasions just to name a few. Really enjoyed our time.
