Play pool, ping pong, or air hockey in the upstairs game room, grill on the private fenced patio, and walk to the community pool. A beach wagon and beach chairs are provided.

- Private Patio: The large enclosed patio deck has Smart TVs, a fenced yard, a BBQ grill, and a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
- Community Pool: A shared outdoor pool is just steps from the townhouse. It's open seasonally, usually March through October or November.
- Big Groups: We have several identical townhouses in this complex, so you can book them side by side for family reunions and team trips.
- Peaceful: This townhouse sits farther from the train tracks than other rentals in the complex.
- Parking: Designated spaces in front of the townhouse, though they are not monitored or guaranteed, plus plenty of open, free parking spaces throughout the gated complex. Trailers are not permitted within the complex.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
Welcome to our recently remodeled townhouse in Gulfport, Mississippi, where you'll experience outstanding hospitality from experienced hosts. This is the rare townhouse with a game room!

Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located just one block away from the beach and offers a large, enclosed private patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. The living room has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and for your convenience, there's a stacked washer and dryer.

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, and our Smart TVs offer access to your personal Netflix and Hulu accounts. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

We also provide a beach wagon and chairs, along with other amenities.

Our gated community has a shared outdoor swimming pool, and we have several identical townhouses in this complex available for large group gatherings.

As experienced hosts, we're dedicated to making your stay on the coast easy and memorable. Book with us for a peaceful beach getaway.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the townhouse and the private enclosed backyard to yourselves, plus the shared community pool. The only exceptions are the owner's closet in the downstairs bathroom and the main bedroom balcony, which are locked.

THINGS TO NOTE
No Parties: We maintain a strict no-party policy. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed.

Swimming Pool: The community pool is managed by the HOA, not by us. It's usually open March through October or November, depending on weather. No refunds are issued if it's closed for maintenance or weather.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally be affected by local weather conditions. While we strive to ensure stable connectivity, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for temporary outages.

Train Noise: Our townhouse is located in Gulfport, Mississippi, where an active train line passes through the city several times daily. Train sounds may occasionally be heard, a normal and familiar part of life in the area.

Southern Climate & Insects: Mississippi's warm, humid climate can attract insects, especially after rain. The home is treated by professional pest control several times a month, but we can't guarantee it will be bug-free. No refunds are issued for occasional insects.

Cameras: Security cameras are installed on the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the townhouse.

We understand that communication is key to a successful stay, so we are committed to being responsive and available to our guests. We can be reached via text, phone call or Vrbo message and are always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. We also respect our guests' privacy and will not interrupt your stay unless absolutely necessary. However, if you need anything at all or have any questions about the property or the area, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we will do our best to make sure that happens.

Our beautifully remodeled townhouse is located in a safe and secure gated community, just one block away from the pristine beaches of Gulfport, Mississippi. The complex is meticulously maintained and monitored with security cameras located throughout the entire exterior for your peace of mind. You'll find our location convenient for accessing the nearby casinos with just a short drive away. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with an array of dining and entertainment options, ensuring that there's always something to do during your stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach or an exciting night out, our townhouse is the perfect home base for your Gulfport getaway.

GETTING AROUND
To explore Gulfport and its surroundings, having a car is highly recommended. However, if you prefer not to drive, there are other options available. There is a local bus service that runs throughout Gulfport and Biloxi, and there are also several taxi and rideshare companies available. Our townhouse is conveniently located just 1.5 blocks from the beach, which is easily accessible by foot. We are also only 4 miles from the Biloxi Coliseum, a popular venue for concerts and events. Keesler Air Force Base is just a 12-minute drive away, and we are only a few blocks from the Children's Discovery Museum. In addition to being close to the beach, our townhouse is also in close proximity to several casinos, restaurants, and other attractions. Whether you're interested in trying your luck at the casinos or enjoying some delicious Gulf Coast seafood, there's something for everyone nearby.
