"Check-in: when arrived we were informed that they didn’t have the room we had reserved they only had king size suites, we had booked a double months in advance. They said they had been letting third party vendors know but rooms were still being booked. We were not the only ones there with that issue, thankfully they were able to get us a room. Pool: the hotel was supper busy and the pool would get very cloudy (water) and hair everywhere that was pretty gross but the view and sitting area were great. Hotel does not have a way to rinse after coming after the beach, and although the beach has a rinse area you still pick up sand on the way to the hotel, resulting in sandy room floors, and sand on the pools. Housekeeping does not vacuum although there is sand on the floor (as much as you try not to bring it in) Breakfast is crowded and outside is not cleaned often, saw an employee cleaning the sidewalk but missed trash that was on the stairs 2 days in a row (plastic cup, empty cigarette box and 3 Starbucks drinks by the elevator)"
