Crystal Shores 1207 is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 12th floor. Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. No need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!

Property Features:

• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a sofa sleeper.

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry.

Policies:

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

• No RVs or trailers are allowed on-site.

• Designated smoking areas are located on the ground. No smoking on the balcony.

• The on-site HOA enforces strict occupancy regulations: a maximum of six total guests per unit is permitted, and this policy will be strictly upheld.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beautiful Condo, perfect beach locations

We loved this beautiful condo! The condo was very clean and well stocked with easy beach access. Access to the balcony from the primary bedroom was great in the morning so we did not disturb the sleepers in the living room. The balcony views were amazing, with ocean view as well as bay view and had seating for all six of us. The full sized washer and dryer was also a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Crystal Shores 1207 was a great condo for a girls trip. There were just two of us on this trip and we had plenty of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is very well stocked for a condo, even having a crockpot! The balcony was incredibly peaceful to sit on and enjoy, very spacious. All in all we had a great stay!

Great location and amenities

This was an excellent condo with a fantastic view of the golf and access to the beach. Very clean, very comfortable, and the amenities provided by iTrip were actually really cool! We took advantage of golf, dolphin cruise, etc. Would recommend!

My favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores!

We love staying here! It’s close to everything, has a nice clean beach and people are super friendly. We love bringing our kids here and hope to come back next year! Check in and check out we’re super easy and the property is exactly as described! 10/10!

Our happy place

Loved every moment of our stay! We seen so many dolphins which is our favorite part. The condo was so nice and clean the only complaint was the coffee maker , I had to hold the part that closes on the Keurig coffee maker in order for it to work but we will be back 😊

Great time at the beach

We always stay in this building when we go to Gulf Shores, but this might be our favorite condo we’ve been in. The corner location with the extra windows and big balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the beach renourishment project and the quiet beach in the off season. This condo had everything we needed for an amazing stay.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was so clean, very nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view of the ocean! The beds/pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed (minus a regular coffee maker but they did have a Keurig). There was a little store across the street that everything we needed as far as drinks, snacks, beach toys/chairs, etc. Perfect location. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here again :)

Great vacation getaway

Very clean & organized. The elevators were both very quick and did not have to wait around as we have had to at other locations. When we first arrived, I let the manager know that one of the closet doors was not hanging correctly (not a big deal for us and we did not want someone to fix it while we were there) & I was immediately contacted. Great location! Balcony was awesome to sit in the evening! Would definitely book this condo again!

Perfect View, Great Location

This was our first trip to GS, but a quick trip. The condo was available for our stay dates, and was very reasonably priced. The condo is as described, and was a great fit for our family of 4. The decor was cute, the location (beachfront view, corner unit) was perfect. It was great to step outside on the balcony and watch the waves each day. We didn't use many of the site amenities (pool, fitness, etc) but we did utilize the beach access which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, clean condo, great location!

This property was wonderful for a quick weekend getaway! We are hoping to bring the whole Family back someday! It was very clean! The view of the gulf was just spectacular and falling asleep/waking up listening to the waves was simply pure joy! There was always parking available! The toilet seats and the spare bedroom could use an upgrade but that is literally the only thing I could think of!!! We plan on coming back!

Rest and Relaxation

This condo is decorated beautifully with quality furniture on the inside and on the patio! The kitchen is well equipped, the only thing missing that we could have used was a cookie sheet but otherwise it had everything we needed! The decor is calming and just simply beautiful!!! Our key fobs would not work going to the beach, we tried to call and report this but it was not fixed during our stay. You can still access the beach going through the pool area so it still worked out okay. The dolphins are absolutely amazing!!! We had a wonderful trip!!!

We love staying at Crystal Shores, we have stayed at this complex before, and love how easy it is to get into and out of the complex. And that it is away from the busy area of town . The beach access is very close to condo .
