Great value for the money. We arrived early and were allowed to check in earlier than expected. The bathrooms were a bit outdated while the rest of the rooms were pictured with the remodeled look. Don’t expect any “leftover” supplies. They give exactly what they say.

Kids vacation

The property was nice and in the perfect location. The only problem was the hall bathroom smelled of urine, there were snack wrappers behind the master bed, and one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing the top hinge. Overall this was a great location. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and VERY nice. Highly recommend. Only issues was the master bath room got so cold that the floor was be wet and very slick. Had to be careful, but no complaints otherwise. Would stay here again!

We've been staying at Sea Chase since 2012. We just don't care to go anyplace else. We love the property and feel very safe there.

Perfect for our family fall break

We absolutely loved this condo! Each room had a comfortable, king size bed, bathrooms were a good size, the master bed and bath was beautiful! And oh the kitchen, was small but perfect for what we wanted/needed. Loved having the snack bar separating the kitchen and dining room. And the VIEW was gorgeous. My only "complaint" was $70 parking passes. We had 3 cars, so 1 came w the condo and we had pay $140 for 2 more parking passes. Seemed a little steep. Other than that, we was 110% satisfied!!! Definitely plan on staying again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nicely equipped unit that could easily go from good to great with a few updates. Nice updates to furniture and a very clean unit. The air conditioning has poor circulation throughout the unit. Primary and common areas stay cool and secondary bedrooms are hot and stuffy. Seems to be a known issues as lots of fans in the unit to try and compensate. Primary shower head needs fixed as water goes everywhere when in use.

Happy with the unit. Corner was quite and the view was really good. Access to beach was easy and secure to get back in to the pools. Everything you could need was available in the room that you would need at home. Elevators were fast compared to other places near by. Gaurd/security at the shack was friendly. Parking was ok, Little tight for a Explorer xl but managed fine. Would come back again and stay in this unit. Posterpedic bed in master bedroom was a suprise.

It was great. Only issue was the water having to be shut off for a period of time. But that was a routine maintenance issue. There was also some outdoor work being done on one of the balconies at the west building, which led to a noisy early morning and afternoon. All in all, issues outside of the owners control. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfection!

Group of 8 ranging from 5 to 45 and the condo was perfect! The facility was also amazing. Great location, lots of pools & hot tubs, elevators were great, staff was very nice. I’ve already booked another stay!

Reviewer Comments: There was a kitchen cabinet door missing and probably should have been replaced before continued renting or, at least, a note to renters that work was in progress. We had a problem with the shower/drain in the secondary bathroom and maintenance quickly fixed the problem. Kudos for the quick response. I would recommend this unit to anyone as the location is wonderful and security/customer service is great.
