Just a short walk to beach access, this cozy (735 sq ft), 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides plenty of fun for Gulf Shores visitors! Enjoy the community pool, charcoal grill, and gazebo at the Seabreeze. A short walk west is some of the best pizza in the area! To the east is the heart of Gulf Shores, including the Hangout!

The unit is a cozy 735 sq ft so there is a lot packed into a small space! The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, a split en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower, and a TV with Roku.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a full-sized and twin bed and a small wall-mounted TV.

In the KITCHEN are pots, pans, dishes, a crock pot, and other essentials for meal preparation and a dishwasher for clean up. There is a Keurig which can make coffee with k-cups and regular coffee (you must provide). There are also a washer and dryer.

In the LIVING ROOM, the sofa pulls out into a bed. The DINING AREA seats 6 and 2 can sit at the counter. The TV has Roku and satellite.

The unit is located one flight up from ground level and right in front of the pool and stairs, there is also an ELEVATOR to help with access!

A dedicated BEACH entry is across the street and a short walk to the left between two buildings.

While we don’t guarantee provisions of beach supplies, guests have left some and you will be welcome to use what is there. Please rinse sand off the supplies before entering the condo! There is an outdoor shower near the pool for this purpose when needed.

Wifi and cable are available but the wifi is weak pretty much throughout the building.
