Since our renovation, the condo isn't recognizable from the way it used to look. You will LOVE this place! Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! It's located in a low density building, so you won't have to fight the crowds for beach space and elevators! And, from the moment you walk through the door, your family will be in awe of the spectacular gulf views and the gorgeous furnishings! This condo is like brand new, all furnishings and decorative items are new, new floors, new appliances, new lighting, new doors, new cabinets, new countertops etc.....

Nestled in the center of all of the action, this condo is located right across the street from supermarkets, plenty of great shopping and the some of the best restaurants in the area. You won't need to travel far to find everything that you'll need for a great vacation! ***EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO THE NEW CoastAL ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX!!!

You'll have plenty of room in this spacious 1200 square foot condo. There's a king sized bed in the Master and two full sized bed in the second bedroom. And, there are smart televisions in both bedrooms! There's a washer and dryer for your convenience and a fully stocked kitchen for your use including a new KEURIG, shiplap walls, a new subway backsplash and new appliances! And, for your viewing pleasure, there's a 65" flat screen television in the living room for movie night!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. And, your kids will enjoy the beautiful pool, building sand castles at the beach and an adventurous crab hunt every night!!

Amazing Property!

We love the Breakers and this unit was just amazing! It features some nice updates and was very clean. It’s the perfect size for our family of four. The property manager and owner were great to work with so our vacation was stress free!

We are very familiar with this property having in-laws who owned a condo there for many years. We've always enjoyed a smaller complex and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice unit in a great location

The Breakers is one of the older buildings on the strip, but this unit has had significant restoration and is nicely decorated and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The location offers easy beach access and an easy walk to the beachside Coastal restaurant. This is a good value.

Snowbirds Feb stay

The condo was as pictured and described. The view of the beach/water from even the kitchen was the very best feature. The couch/loveseat/chair weren’t very comfortable but after staying in several different condos this is pretty common. The building could use a facelift really starting to look old and worn. Front door needs weather stripping and threshold but this probably falls to the HOA.

Amazing Thanksgiving

We decided to do something different this year and come to the beach. I have stayed at the Breakers before but never this particular condo. It was beautiful and had so many amenities. You cannot beat the location. You are close to everything. The furnishings in this unit were very up to date and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed my mini-vacation and the property manager (Dana) was very, very helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very clean and an open layout

The kitchen and living room has a very open layout. Very clean and the master bedroom has a beautiful view of the beach. 3rd floor and the elevator was not a hassle. Walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. Property manager called me about 2 hours after we checked in (check in was EASY… took seconds to just use the code). Property manager asked if everything was satisfactory. (It was). Publix grocery store is right across the street. We stocked up to cook our meals in the open kitchen. Pots and pans were a little dated, but worked just fine. This is property is VERY WELL MAINTAINED and beautiful. We made some great memories here!

We enjoyed staying at the Breakers during this trip to the beach. The check in process was very clear and communication was great! It is in a perfect location right on the beach but moments away from all the action/restaurants/grocery stores. The kids loved the pool and the grassy area to play with other kids staying at the condo. There were no issues with the condo; everything was just as described! We will love to stay here again next year!!

Simply beautiful

This was the best location, right on the beach. The condo was so clean and well managed. The view of the beach from the master bedroom and living room was spectacular. Loved having the chair umbrella rental, we just walked out to the beach and sat. Saw dolphins swimming in the mornings and the kids enjoyed the pool at night. Our teen girls had a great time. We didn’t want to leave.

The stay was absolutely perfect for our family of seven! The condo was stocked with everything we needed — all the kitchen accessories for cooking, plus thoughtful extras like a lighter for birthday candles, and plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. We loved the easy in-and-out access to the room, as well as the two-way beach access that made it simple for our 2-, 3-, and 6-year-olds to walk to the shore. The closet was stocked with beach toys and chairs, and we enjoyed the board games provided in the unit. The layout was roomy, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we can’t recommend it enough. We would happily return!
