Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 14 adults. Hangout Festival weekend there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

Southern Grace is a lovely, upscale house with 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths offering plenty of room for the entire family. We hope you'll find the same sense of peace that we do on this beautiful stretch of sugar-white beach. Enjoy 3 king bedrooms (1 has a daybed & trundle), 3 queen bedrooms (1 has a pair of queens), and 5 full baths.

The main floor has a great room that spans the width of the house and offers nearly floor to ceiling views. The large kitchen has 2 refrigerators and lots of counter space for families that like to cook together. There is a large laundry room and you'll find 2 king bedrooms, each with adjoining baths (one also opens to the hall).

Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms including the beachfront king master, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a private bath, a queen bedroom with an adjoining bath that also opens to the hall, and a cozy queen bedroom down the hall. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, and of course we have WIFI.

Each of the 3 levels has a full width porch with seating, outdoor dining and more.
