The Rookery Cottage 7026, known as Teal Waters is a must for your family vacation! This cozy cottage plenty of space for the family, having an extended deck with sitting and a screen porch with sitting and a flat screen TV in every room. Beautiful grass area's and accent lights on the cottage and palm trees, makes this cottage so dreamy. The large open kitchen has custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, granite countertops and a large pantry. The master bedroom has a king, flat screen TV and a private bath with a spacious walk-in tiled shower. The cottage guest bedroom has a queen with flat screen TV with access to the guest bath. The guest bath is a spacious walk-in tiles shower. The cottage guest bedroom 3 is a wonderful kid space with a queen and a 2 twin custom loft bunk area! The cozy living room has 2 recliners to stretch out and watch your favorite movie and an electric fireplace for extra coziness.
*Guest will receive 2 parking passes which is included in your reservation*

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Aqua Vacations rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with our multi generational family. Home was very clean and well organized with fun beach decor. The only issues we had were very minor and we easily adjusted (only 5 forks for 6 people and a cracked wine glass). I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Quiet location, beautiful home!

We LOVED this home! We’re from a very rural area, so we loved that it wasn’t right in the middle of the hustle and bustle....but still an easy drive to wherever we wanted to be. The house was clean, well equipped and adorable! The check-in process was easy, and there was lots of communication about the process and expectations. A bonus...the screened in porch was AMAZING! We’re already planning our return trip!
