Great vacation.

It was very dated, however, clean and comfortable. We had a nice time. Wish they would have had beach towels and blankets but in the scheme of things it was great for out needs.

We stayed 10/21-10/25/24. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and our first ever experience with a condo. The place was clean, very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed it and will be back again!!!

We had an amazing ocean view and we had a lot of fun. If was clean and we had everything we needed. If you are looking for new and up to date then this is not it. The place could use some updates but it is still nice. I feel the post said it could sleep 6or 7 people but I say 4 MAX. Two in the room and two on the pull out couch. I would stay again and have recommend.

I already told you how uncomfortable the furniture is. I really think you should sit on the couch and chairs and lay in the bed to see how relaxing in the evening is impossible

Great customer service!

First of all, I will say that Hosteeva’s customer service was very responsive, they offered me an additional day at a reduced price, there was some confusion with the door code but they took care of it immediately. The condo was clean and comfortable, fully stocked. My only complaints were 1- we spotted 7 or 8 roaches in the kitchen during our stay. The kitchen was clean, and I’m sure the owners were not aware of their presence, they know now. And 2- there was a LOT of construction going on all around us, grinding and hammering every day, all day, all week. If I would’ve known this was going on, I wouldn’t have stayed here. Other than those things, it was a nice place. The pool and water park were great, great beach access.

Not pleased with stay

First, prior to check-in I did not receive an access code to get entry into my room. After a second call I finally got a code. Thirty minutes later, I received a second code The hotel was upgrading their systems and I was not able to pay for parking with a card. Fortunately I had some cash on me. The dining room table did not appear to have been cleaned. Found a strand of blond hair. After thirty minutes of viewing, the TV in the bedroom would lose its color and get very blurry. On Monday afternoon, my wife and I took a long walk on the beach. Whe we returned and tried to get some rest, we returned to loud construction noises from the unit above. When we checked out, there was a large crane blocking the exit route. This was not a very good experience for us at all.

Perfect for a family getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband, myself and our boys, ages 2 and 6. We loved having the pool and splash pad right there and of course the view was amazing. The beach is a few steps past the pool area. It's not touristy, be very family friendly. Exactly what we were hoping for. We had a few issues with the condo which were addressed same day by maintenance staff.

I enjoyed the view of the beach from the condo patio, but the lounge chairs were torn up causing cuts in your legs as you sat on the ocean view patio. I also enjoyed the spa tub located on the lower level. However, the property is in much need of a fresh paint job and better cleaning. The grout around the tub was dirty and the piping overhead was rusty and looked as if could fall on you any moment. My unit 202 is in need of major updates on on the furniture carpet and paint. My room smelled of mildew and the carpet was dirty. My bed spreads were torn severely. The tub drain was not working properly so the tub would fill up with each shower. The bedding on the pull out sofa were stained and need to be replaced
