This 2-story home has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom with a half-bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, its own flat-screen smart TV, a recliner, a large walk-in closet and a private master bath with a large walk-in shower with separate jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, its own flat screen smart TV and a recliner. The second bath is located right next to the second bedroom and has a full size shower and tub. Upstairs the third bedroom has 3 full size beds and an attached half-bath.

The living area features a comfortable oversized recliner, a reclining sofa and a loveseat where you can relax and watch the new 55-inch UHD flat screen smart TV. Unlimited high-speed internet and YouTube TV subscription is included.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including a microwave, a Ninja coffeemaker, a Nutribullet Smoothie maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, hand-held mixer, crackpot and much more. The side-by-side refrigerator freezer has an ice maker with a through-door ice and filtered water dispenser. A large counter height dining table easily seats 6-8 people with additional dining space at the kitchen island counter. This house also has a full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer.

Outside enjoy fabulous views of the Gulf from the front and back sections of the wraparound deck on the oversized rockers or lounge chairs. There is a gate located on the stairs leading to the deck to keep pets from leaving the deck area without supervision.
