Perfect Condo For Couples Or A Small Family! Fabulous Views on the 6th Floor!

Phoenix 8 Unit #605...This is the perfect condo for a couple, or a family with small kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals while you are at the beach! The Master bedroom is large and has a King sized bed and an adjoining bathroom! And, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed for the kids!

Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. The views are spectacular! This is why you are coming to the beach!!

Phoenix VIII is much smaller than some of the other Phoenix properties which is a good thing! Parking in the front is always available and the elevators are almost never crowded. There is a full service help desk in the lobby where you purchase your parking pass upon arrival.

The unit was exactly as pictured. Great communication with and from the property manager. Very good location, staff at Phoenix 8 was wonderful. Definitely would recommend this unit and building to friends!

Loved the location . Beautiful views! Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from your front door. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook which was a plus . Quiet building.

Great place to enjoy Orange Beach

Being smaller than most of the Phoenix resorts meant we always got a great parking spot, never had to wait long for an elevator, and was able to use the pickleball court pretty much when we pleased. Loved having coffee and meals on the balcony.

Property was in great shape, as was this particular condo. Clean, everything works well, typical beach decorations. Phoenix 8 was close to the beach. We would go back to this condo.

Wonderful stay at Phoenix VIII

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, well laid out and had a beautiful view of the beach. We never had a long wait for an elevator. The only downside was that our week went by too fast. My husband and I will definitely plan another trip to Orange Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VIII once we got passed the fact that we arrived late due to traffic and we had no physical parking pass for the first night, but we found out it wasn't a problem and we obtain our parking the first thing the next morning. When I say this unit was EVERYTHING! It was clean, comfortable, great location, truly beachfront, bed slept good, we had everything that we needed already in the unit, the bathroom was clean and stocked appropriately, the kitchen fully stocked with the necessary dishes and utensils except a blender to mix drinks (if it had one, I couldn't find it), there weren't anything for the beach such as chairs and it look like it had an overused, old umbrella, (as much as we paid for the unit we were sure that a courtesy beach setup such as 2 chairs and a decent umbrella would have came with it) good thing we brought our own. The balcony/patio was EVERYTHING. This was a much needed vacation and we really enjoyed ourselves. The experience was great! Thanks again! The Smith's 2024

Condo was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and easy access to everything. The pool was clean and the beach setup made our experience very pleasant!
