Loved the boat slip!
We brought our boat down and enjoyed using the slip at the waterfront! Parking lot was getting redone so that was a little interesting with the boat in tow but overall we really enjoyed the place, gorgeous views, awesome pool, and convenient to everything.

- Bar ice maker does not work
- Paint on trim (and some doors) in multiple rooms flaking off
- Electric grill on patio is nasty (inside and outside). Recommend trashing it.
- Fitted sheet on master bed came off every night. Sheet only covers about 1/2 mattress thickness
- Patio door locks are very difficult to operate

Charged wrongly
Everything was good until we returned home and was charged for a kitchen trash can that was broken upon our arrival. Your housecleaning had it propped up on the can as through it worked. But as soon as we touched it the lid fell to the ground. There was no way of fixing it. It was only like $38.00 dollars but when I know we didn’t break it in the first place it is alittle aggravating. In my opinion, your housecleaning did not do their job efficiently when the family before us left.

Great stay
The condo was beautiful. Loved the location and view. Was not expecting such a strong current coming in and out of the boat slips. We have a 33 ft freeman. Wish we would have know so we could have expected it. Coming in the first time it almost pushed us into a dock. Only complaint I had was the oven door did not close all the way so we could not cook anything in the oven. It would not get hot since it would not shut. OVer all great stay
