This welcoming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo at Moonraker offers everything you need for a relaxing stay by the coast. Enjoy the convenience of deeded beach access located just across the street, clearly marked as “Moonraker Beach Access” giving you easy entry to the sand and surf without the crowds.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged living area designed to help you unwind. The living room features a cozy sofa and a large mounted TV, making it a great place to kick back after a day in the sun. The space has a quaint dining area with seating for two, perfect for casual meals or your morning cup of coffee. The kitchen, while compact, comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, smooth-top electric stove and oven, and microwave. You’ll also find cookware, dishes, and utensils ready for use.
There’s no dishwasher, but the space is simple and efficient—so cleanup is quick and you can get back to enjoying your vacation. While the space does not include an in-unit washer and dryer, guests have access to an onsite laundry facility. You’ll also be able to enjoy the community outdoor pool and grilling area. Perfect for relaxing afternoons or casual cookouts.
The bedroom provides a restful retreat with a queen-sized bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. Step outside onto your private balcony, accessible from the bedroom, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze any time of day. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity, and is stocked with fresh linens for your stay.
