Luxurious Condo on the 5th Floor! Only a 7 Minute Walk to Flora Bama!

Regency Isle Unit #509...You will love the spacious 300 square foot balcony in this condo! The ocean view is what it's all about...right? Well, you'll get the BEST here!

Our condo is very open with over 1300 square feet of living. That's much larger than most 2 bedroom condos! The large, open kitchen has a fantastic view of the gulf as well! You will really enjoy cooking in this kitchen! And, there is a wet bar for making cocktails! The living room is very spacious with fabulous views and a new smart TV! The seating is very comfortable too! And, free wifi!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath and an entrance to the gulf-front balcony and a new smart TV. The Guest Room has two full-sized beds with an adjoining bath. We also have a half bath and full sized washer and dryer! So nice!!

Great condo for a family

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the rooms and balcony were very large. We enjoyed the location and the beach access was great. This property has both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great when we had cool weather on one of our Fall Break days.

This is the third condo we have rented at Regency Isle. We love the property because of the views, ease of getting to the beach, and the indoor and outdoor pool for the kids. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It could use some updating, but just cosmetic things. We would stay here again.

Fabulous location with (huge) beautiful ocean front balcony

Large, lovey condo with amazing ocean view from huge balcony. Excellent location near restaurants, stores, etc. but quiet with low volume of guests. The location is walking distance to the Florabama- but far enough away to be removed from noise and traffic. Very well kept complex with lovely grounds and just steps to the beach… The ocean view is perfect from the living space, as well as the primary bedroom. Highly recommend to those visiting the area.

Great Place!!

Had a wonderful five days! Checkin was easy and the condo is super clean. Has everything you would need. The view is great. We also liked that Regency Isle is not huge. Our only complaint is that the overhead light/fan fixture in bedroom and living room does not have chain pulls you can reach to adjust fan or light. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful complex, location and atmosphere

We will definitely mark this condo as our go to vacation spot in the future. It was very comfortable, beautiful views of the gulf, great facilities, great towels and kitchen utencils. I would definitely recommend this condo!!! I would have preferred a dead bolt interior lock on the entry door; need to add more slip preventive pads in 2nd bedroom bath. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing family vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was in the best location. My husband and I could watch our teenage girls at the beach or pool from our large balcony. The three bathrooms were so helpful (again…teenage girls). The main bedroom bed so very comfortable, and the rest of the condo had enough room for everyone to spread out or to come together. We use VRBO frequently and this stay was by far our best!

Beautiful views from balcony

Not the Cleanest. Bed was very uncomfortable, and if you stay more than a week livingroom furniture is also uncomfortable. Recliner was the only decent chair. It didn’t look like they change mattress pads or bedspreads, kind of disgusting. Not worth what we had to pay when we had to reclean before

Liked the soaps/dispensers in kitchen and bathrooms. Wish there was an ice machine like others there we have stayed in. Upper vents need swept/ cleaned. Liked having at least one chair that could be sat in with damp suit and dry towel. Bathtub dripped all the time. Didn’t bother us but sure would add up $$.Would’ve liked cabinet to store food in As it was we had it all out in open on fridge and counters. Just made it look cluttered. Overall we like Regency for its mom and pop feel. Not too crowded, family friendly atmosphere. Not walking distance to much is downside.
