Lagoon Access, Short Walk to the beach, Sleeps 10!

  • Welcome to Tide Down! This charming cottage offers lagoon access, a 5–10 min paved walk to the beach, plus 2 bikes and 3 kayaks. Our cottage has two bedrooms on the main floor (top) and a separate apartment style room on the ground floor. The main floor has a master bedroom with a master bathroom. There is a second bedroom with 4 bunk style beds. The couch in the living room doubles as a pull out bed. The downstairs apartment style room has a queen size bed with a half bathroom. Due to Florida climate, there is a dehumidifier that must run in the downstairs room at all times. Sleeps up to 10. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available! Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this amazing home offers a cozy retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
