We loved it!

Great view from the masterbed room and patio. I loved my bed(so comfortable) the king size bed. Close to the beach. Fast elevator. We will be back.

This is a very comfortable 2 bed 2 bath beach front condo. Pleanty of towels, washer and dryer, easy beach access. Large balcony. I am removing one star because of the painting crew all over the outside, including balcony, during our time.

Great for a weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is a little dated and has some noticeable wear and tear on it. Some lights didn’t work, the smoke detector was beeping and needed a battery change. These items are easily fixed. We enjoyed being right on the beach and spent most of our time out of the condo. It was perfect for our four day weekend getaway.

My family and I LOVED this unit! The view is fantastic, the balcony is large, the beds are comfy, the elevators are fast, the parking lot is small and close to the building & we had everything we needed. The only minor issues we had were … The fan in the master rattles, the master shower is very slow to drain, the bedding is very light so we got cold a couple nights & the TV in the spare bedroom would never connect. Only posting those issues to let the owner know.

We loved this Condo. A few suggestions, there is only one light blanket in living area and the comforters on each bed are super thin. I would advise future guests to bring a couple of blankets. There were not extras in any closets. Sofa sleeper is not very comfortable. Would bring a mattress topper. Our son just slept on couch and that worked out. Bedroom mattresses were very comfortable! Washer and dryer come in very handy. Access to beach is so convenient. We would love to come back in the future!!

The air was out 3 days off and on. My phone got hacked thru wifi. The elevator didn't work 3days had to haul groceries up 8 flights of stairs.

Family vacation

When you first walk it in looks amazing just like the pictures it wasn’t until we started settling in we realized it wasn’t as clean as it appeared. First when we got ready to eat literally every dish we pulled out had chunks of food stuck to them so I had to go through and rehash everything I planned on using for the week. Then we noticed the stickiness of the floor and all of our feet where black from the floor being so dirty mind you it didn’t look dirty first appearance, then we pulled out the couch bed and that’s when we seen old sheets where left on the bed they had dirt on them and what looked like blood stains on them… they did leave a bag of clean sheet in a bag so I just changed it out I did try to reach out and let the property know… and was just asked if it was still a current problem of course it wasn’t because I cleaned it lol they offered to send someone out when we aren’t in the condo to clean which I refused because I had already done that and it should have been something done before hand… we wherent offered any accommodations other then that. But that stuff aside the property itself is beautiful and the view was amazing. It’s a great place to go I would just suggest maybe being alittle more prepared with your own cleaning stuff then I was and bring your own sheets because even the clean sheets had big holes in them that I pulled out of the bag. They where clean just had holes it did make me question if the other two beds sheets where clean lol they appeared like there where. But if the cleaning had been better I would definitely give it a 5. Also maybe I just lucked out and got a fluk room it’s possible they are normally better at cleaning I don’t know this was my first stay and just giving my experience and suggestions to be prepared so you can make sure you are comfortable.

Enjoyed the view from the balcony

Because we visited on the Fourth of July, the rates were exceptionally high. All of the beach is high for holidays, but was just expecting a little bit more for the price. The unit was clean, but the flooring is definitely very dated. It was probably just mopped before we got there because it was still damp and slick. Pots and pans should be replaced. Beds were comfortable. I would probably not rent another unit managed by Vacasa. There was no way to communicate with the owners. All in all, we made it a great time at the beach. Thanks

Loved the location, the closet I've ever been to the beach, beautiful views, only problems were, had trouble with tvs, called, said they were really busy and would be there as soon as possible, never came, the second bedroom really needs curtains

Location, location, location!

Our family loved how close this condo is to the ocean and how close the pool is to the sand. We could be at the pool and still see our family at the beach. Condo was clean, we had everything we needed, balcony view was amazing, both king and queen sized beds slept great! We have 1 recommendation and it's just to add a few blankets for extra covers at night if needed. My grandmother was a little chilly in her bed. But other than that, amazing condo!

Surf Side Shores on West Beach Blvd.

We love the feel of a smaller condo building and the great location on the beach. The condo is an older building, but the lobby is beautiful and the condo has everything you need for a great stay!

Nice decore & great location!

We loved this cute beachy condo. The space was utilized well. All furnishings comfortable. The complex was close to the shoreline which made it easy to hop out & set up camp. We enjoyed the beach cubby at beach level to leave chairs & umbrellas vs dragging them to condo & back. Oh! And the on-site ice bag machine was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of 3. Highly recommend you give this unit a try.
