Island Winds East 306 will give you a front row seat to all the Gulf has to offer. Watch the pelicans glide by right in front of you and watch the dolphins feed on the schools of fish just beyond the sand bars.
This unit is perfect for a long weekend or a winter's stay. Take the elevator down and the beach is right there waiting for you. There is also a in ground pool and 306 is walking distance to the souvenir shops and restaurants. At the end of a hard day of fun the condo is comfortable with all the conveniences of home plus of course a view of the Gulf!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great weekend getaway on the beach

Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay.

Looked nice needs updates for sure was nice for the price but, for the amount playing you would think they would buy new bed sheet... they was nasty and have a new shower curtain.. Had to contact host about what floor and room number and code they didnt tell me I had to call for it, would've been nice for that to be in my email about it. They just let me know it was ready thats it..

This condo has a great view of the beach and pool. It was close to every thing wanted in town. The condo was well supplied with cooking utensils. This unit has a working washer/dryer and that was very convenient. My wife & I took a few days to celebrate our anniversary, and this was a great place to do it!!

Gulf Shores 2024

We enjoyed our stay at Island Winds East. The weather was a little warm but still enjoyable. It wasn’t crowded on the beach and had no problems getting into our favorite restaurants. There wasn’t any loud crowds or noises in our condo which made it a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will be back in October!

Oh, but the view!

The location of the condo is great. The view of the beach is amazing. These are the two things that made us choose this condo and we are so glad we did. There were a few minor things in the condo that could be fixed or updated, but nothing major. Checking in, paying parking online and checking out via text made things super simple. Would definitely stay at this location again.
