PET FRIENDLY Great Family Friendly Corner Unit With Water Views From Every Room.

Beautifully decorated, spacious corner unit with access to balconies and direct views of Little Lagoon from every room. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. Two recently updated full bathrooms. A newly remodeled and well equipped kitchen with new appliances and granite counter-tops. Compass Point is a highly desirable complex with a wide variety of amenities for every member of your family to enjoy. Two pools – one inside and one outside. The outside pool area is amazing and located next to a private sandy beach on the lagoon. You can lounge by the pool while keeping an eye on your children playing in the sand and wading in the lagoon. If your preference is the Gulf – it is only a short 2 minute walk to the public beach.

Boaters will enjoy the availability of a private boat ramp, trailer parking and several, first come - first serve boat slips. There is also a fishing pier and fish cleaning station. Little Lagoon is famous as a year round fishing destination. Kayaking, Canoeing and paddle boarding are all popular sports on this well protected lagoon. Day sailors and wind surfers will enjoy the fresh breezes and security of sailing on a land locked lagoon. For the more adventurous kayakers, there is access to the Gulf through The Pass which is a short paddle away, to the West.

**We are Pet Friendly with our Unit, all pets must relieve themselves across the parking lot area, NOT on Compass Point Grounds.

Gulf Shores Spring Break

We loved our stay in Gulf Shores! The condo had everything we needed and lots of space to relax. We were so happy to find a place that was dog-friendly. The complex was in a quiet location off the beaten path with great views of the sunrises and sunsets. The pool area was nice and we spent a lot of time there. Trish, the host, was so friendly and easy to work with!

Great first time visit to Gulf Shores!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Owner maintained open communication and occasionally checked in just to see how everything was going. We enjoyed exploring the area as well as the owner recommendations for restaurants.

Beautiful Escape with Stunning Views (Dog Parents, Read On!)

This place was such a gorgeous find. The condo is beautifully designed—cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean—with the kind of view that makes you instantly exhale. We loved having access to the private lagoon, outdoor pool, and even a fishing pier—it truly felt like our own little slice of paradise.The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made the whole stay feel smooth and stress-free.Just a heads-up for dog parents: while the unit is pet-friendly (which we appreciated!), the public beach and lagoon areas don’t allow dogs, and there’s no designated relief area on the property. You’ll need to walk them near the road outside the complex—so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a pup.Would I stay here again?Absolutely. It was a peaceful, beautiful escape—and I’m already missing my morning coffee on that balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Amazing sunsets and close to everything. Trisha addressed any and all questions immediately. Parking was easily accessible. I liked that they had management on staff to make sure rules were respected. We definitely plan on returning!!

July 4th week

We had a great time. Enjoyed taking our pontoon boat out on the lagoon with the kids and watching fireworks. Boat launching is tight. Owner of property very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful condo in prime location!

We went to Gulf Shores for a softball tournament with our family and stayed at Trish and Dave's place. Everything was wonderful! The place was ready and clean when we arrived, stocked with all the essentials (and then some:) , in a great location and beautifully decorated! I had a couple questions and reached out to Trish and she was quick to respond. Awesome communication with her tenants! We look forward to booking this unit in the future!

Great view, good spot.

The location is great, 1 block to the beach, lagoon is in the backyard. Has a pier too! My son enjoyed fishing in the evenings. The place is nice, it’s a little dated but still nice. You can take your dog but there are major restrictions for them, they can’t potty on the premisses, you have to walk across the street and let them go in the neighbors yard. We had to purchase toilet paper and trash, that’s the only complaint. Would stay again.

Great Pup Friendly Rental

It's always hard to find a nice rental when you travel with dogs, but we found one! The condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 plus two fur babies. Not sure who enjoyed the two balconies more, the humans or dogs. The condo has two large balconies, one off of the master and living room and another shared by the two other bedrooms. The water pressure in the showers was great! So many times in rentals the water pressure is low, but these showers were great. The beds were very comfortable too. We enjoyed watching the boats on the back bay and the kids enjoyed the little beach area on the back bay that is on the condo property. If you want to go to the Gulf side, it's just a short walk. If you're traveling with kids/dogs, this condo is a great place to stay. Trisha is an excellent host and very accommodating.

You will LOVE this condo

My friends and I are so happy our search for a condo for our annual girl’s beach trip led us to THIS condo in the great Compass Pointe complex. The access to/from parking lot and the pool was super easy. but our favorite was the view from the huge picture window in the condo! We had plenty of room to relax, play card games and listen to music. Bonus: they had a stereo system that was already tuned to a great station! Lots of great restaurants in the area and easy access to the main road. So if all this doesn’t have you booking your next trip here you will absolutely love working with Trisha. She was always super responsive and so easy to work with. We loved our stay so much that we already booked next year’s trip so we don’t lose out on what is now our favorite condo at the beach! Until next year….

4th Beach Family Vacation

Trisha was a great host! She contacted me prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was happy to answer all my questions. Upon our arrival, the property was just as it appeared in the pictures. The views of the lagoon were amazing! With the corner unit, you got beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Every room had a balcony, which was really nice! The little beach access was perfect for our kids. The pool was a little small and pretty crowded but was great location to watch all the boats! The indoor pool was closed while were there (which Trisha informed us beforehand), so that could have been part of the crowd, plus being a holiday. The property managers were very helpful. We rented kayaks for one of the days we were there! There were luggage carriers to help for unloading and loading your vehicle, which was very helpful! Trisha even texted me during our stay to make sure all was going well, which was very nice. Overall, we would 100% stay again and plan to book our next stay very soon! Great hosts, beautiful property!

Gorgeous views!

Stayed a month at this beautiful condo! The location could have not been more perfect. Spectacular views of Little Lagoon from two sides, a perfect place for morning coffee. Only a five minute walk to the Gulf beaches or a more leisurely stroll down the walking paths. Gorgeous outdoor pool and grounds. Close to all the amenities of Gulf Shores but a quiet retreat from the noise and traffic of spring break. Well stocked condo, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, new living room furniture. Elevator is a huge asset. Owner was wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond and is very nice. We had an issue occur while we were there that was beyond her control, but she still went out of her way to do everything she could help resolve it. At present the indoor pool is closed and hopefully will soon be available for use. Would definetely stay again!

Paradise in Gulf Shores

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores for years, but have not stayed in a nicer condo than Trish and Dave’s. It has recently been renovated, which was done so tastefully. It is well-equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. Each bedroom has a tv with cable box and an opportunity to hook up a fire stick or something similar. The condo easily accommodated my husband and I, our 4.5 yr old boy, and my husbands parents. Oh, and also our 2 dogs. If you’re looking for great accommodations with a laid back atmosphere this is your spot. You get the best of both worlds with where the condo is located; 1st level, lagoon side, with a perfectly-sized private beach, and water views from every direction (with amazing sunrise/sunset views), but without all the craziness that staying on the beach comes with. There was an awesome boardwalk to walk your pups along side the water. We loved every minute, but really the big point for us was Trish, the owner of the condo. She did everything she could to make sure we had an awesome time and was always so responsive - we loved all her recommendations for their favorite restaurants/bars. We loved it so much, we already booked another trip in the fall. Highly recommend!
