✍ Important Things To Note:
🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹 Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
🚮 Trash Chutes are located (1) from elevators to the right and around the corner (2) from the unit to the left and around the corner
🔹 Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes!
🔹 Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they never stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit, outside on the balcony, pool decks, stairwells, and other common areas.
🔹 There is a designated smoking area to the left of the building.
🚗 Two (2) Parking pass is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival.
🔹 Security is strict, please place your parking pass in your vehicle immediately.
🔹 You may park in any open/available parking space.
