Crystal Shores 701 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 7th floor! Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions. And, no need to fight for parking - this unit comes with an assigned parking space!

Property Features:

• Access to the wrap-around balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, plus four barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit.

• Living area has a sofa sleeper.

• Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed.

• Second bedroom has a queen bed.

• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

Policies:

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

• No RVs or trailers are allowed on-site.

• Designated smoking areas are located on the ground. No smoking on the balcony.

• The on-site HOA enforces strict occupancy regulations: a maximum of six total guests per unit is permitted, and this policy will be strictly upheld.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We totally enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and well maintained. The views of sunrises and sunsets from the large balcony were fantastic! Easy access to the beach (although not all of the fabs worked). Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants.

This property has great ocean views from bedroom, living and dining rooms. Very clean. Had one minor mishap with the entry code but it was handled within minutes. The beach area is so nice. Love Gulf Shores beaches.

Loved this place!

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary in Gulf Shores. We found this cute condo and LOVED IT! The views are amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, and easy to get in and out. We loved that the beach was just a quick elevator ride downstairs. If you are on the fence of where to stay in GS, this is the place! We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful week!

This place was amazing. Looked just like the pictures. Beautiful view on the balcony, the furniture was so pretty. The only downside was the TV in the living room wasn’t working. Apart from that, I would for sure boook again this exact same condo. 10/10 recommend.

We had the best stay !! The view is out of this world !! The room was very clean. Everything looked just like the pictures ! We will definitely be booking again very soon ! Also the dolphin cruise was amazing ! I would recommend at least 1 more roll of toilet paper for each bathroom if that’s possible but that is my only complaint ! 💙

We had a great time. The condo was really nice. iTrip was great to deal with when we had a minor issue. I wish we could just use a code to access the beach. Using the fabs wasn't ideal. I would recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom. Otherwise everything was great. Great views and location.

great stay

We loved the location and all the things that came with the place. The only complaint I have is that the sliding doors to balcony would not lock and there was no way to lock the front door from the inside. This is not child friendly when they could get up in the middle of the night and just walk out to balcony or the front door. Other then that it was a great stay.

**Positive:** The condo offers a spectacular view and management company is reachable. **Negative:** The furniture is significantly stained and worn. The king bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. Utensils and cookware provided are old and of very low quality. The condo is minimally stocked, with only one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, no hairdryer, and low-quality linens and towels. Additionally, the management company requires guests to wash and put away dishes upon checkout. **Conclusion:** I would not recommend this condo.

Good but definitely needs attention

The condo was “ok” but definitely needs some attention to the interior unit as well as the entire property. I understand the rental company only has so much control over this so I want to be fair in my criticism. Was it the worst rental I have ever had? No. But was it far from the best? Yes. Pros: great beach access, great balcony views, convenient location, responsive management, and comfortable mattresses. Unfortunately for just about every pro there is a con: balcony has amazing sunrise views but some of the worst furniture for lounging including cushions that were ripped and spilling out. Unit had pictures showing rugs for comfortable interior but not inside at the unit. Flooring was dirty (management did send a crew to clean a second time) but it just appears as it’s an older unit flooring is worn out. Again would be fine if rugs maybe were in the unit. Baseboards and walls definitely could use a good paint job and caulking. The property itself could use a more attention to details to fix multiple areas of rusting, falling a part, or neglected maintenance. Pool area had missing tiles and green algae looking growth in areas. Hottub had lots of sand inside the water and was severely stained. Not sure whether the HOA or not controls the Key fob system but it is a complete joke having to play Russian roulette to figure out what keys work. Overall it was just an okay place but deceptive pictures and reviews mislead like this place is 4-5 stars. Dont have high hopes.

Nice condo…clean, great views and loved sitting on balcony. The check-in was easy. Location is convenient for eating out and activities. Hoping next time cushions could be added to lounge chairs in order to be used. That would make stay perfect. Would definitely rent again.
